Refund policy

At Thorish Agro Traders / Munchlet, we deal in food products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our items, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.
Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns & No Refunds
- All food and edible products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Sale items and promotional products are also non-refundable.
This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and product quality standards.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong/Expire Product
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong/expire product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement (subject to availability), OR
- Store credit (if applicable)
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of wrong or damaged product sent by us, replacement shipping will be borne by us.
