Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- If you place an order after 2:00 PM IST, it may be processed the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (e.g., 2–5 business days).
2. Shipping Regions & Carriers
- We ship within India to all states and union territories.
- For international shipping, please contact customer support to confirm availability and rates.
- We partner with reputed logistics providers such as Delhivery, FedEx, BlueDart (or as applicable).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method at checkout.
- Expedited or same-day delivery will incur additional charges as shown at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your parcel until it is delivered.
6. Delivery Issues, Delays & Exceptions
- External factors (weather, courier delays, customs for international orders, etc.) may affect timelines.
- If your parcel is delayed by more than 3 days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@thorishagrotraders.com for assistance.
- In case of damage or loss during transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
